Tuition refunds will be considered based on the date of withdrawal from the university, as outlined below:
- Up to the first week of classes: 100% tuition refund
- Up to the second week of classes: 75% tuition refund
- Up to the third week of classes: 50% tuition refund
- After the third week of classes: No refund
Refunds will be based on tuition fees only. Other fees, such as registration fees, are non-refundable.
The university will process refunds within 30 days of receiving written notification of withdrawal.
Refunds will be issued in the same payment method as the original payment. If the original payment was made by credit card, the refund will be credited to the same credit card account.
Students who withdraw due to medical or other extenuating circumstances may be eligible for a prorated refund. These cases will be evaluated on an individual basis and will require documentation to support the request.
Refunds will not be granted for courses dropped after the refund deadline or for courses in which the student receives a failing grade.
Students need to review the refund policy carefully before enrolling in any program.
