California Grace University (CGU) is a non-profit university operating under a non-profit exemption verified by the California Bureau for Private Postsecondary Education (BPPE).  CGU is a university-owned, controlled, and operated and maintained by a religious organization lawfully operating as a nonprofit religious corporation, and has met the exemption from regulation under the Act, pursuant to California Education Code (CEC) section 94874 (e) (1).
